Terms of service
The agreement between you and GTrak when you use our website, shop or tracking services.
Last updated: June 2026.
1. Who we are
This site and our tracking services are operated by GTrak Ltd, registered in England & Wales. Our office is in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Using this website
You may browse, share and quote from this site for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy our content for republication, scrape pricing, or attempt to bypass authentication on the admin or API surfaces.
3. Buying from us
Prices on our shop are shown ex-VAT (net) and inclusive of VAT at checkout for UK customers. Orders are accepted when we send a confirmation email; until then we may cancel for stock or pricing errors. Title to hardware passes on payment in full.
4. Tracking services
Tracking, monitoring, dashcam storage and Secure Operating Centre services are provided under a per-vehicle subscription. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually depending on plan — you may cancel at any time without penalty unless a separate service agreement is signed. Hardware bought outright remains yours; subscription-bundled hardware is licensed for the term.
5. Thatcham SOC
Our Secure Operating Centre service is provided 24/7. Recovery success depends on factors outside our control (GSM coverage, GPS jamming, police availability). We will use reasonable endeavours but cannot guarantee recovery of every vehicle.
6. Acceptable use
You must own or have the lawful right to fit a tracker to every vehicle you add to GTrak. You must inform drivers in line with UK employment law and ICO guidance. Misuse of the platform to track someone without consent is a breach of these terms and may be a criminal offence.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else prohibited by UK law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
