Pull driver and vehicle-unit .DDD files automatically over the air with the company card held in your office. Fully compliant with EU Regulation 581/2010 and UK DVSA requirements.
How it works
- Company card in the office. Plug your DVSA-issued company card into a PC/SC reader at your premises.
- In-cab download device. Each truck gets a small in-cab unit (or a Teltonika FMB doing double-duty). It talks to the tachograph head.
- Schedule pulls. Set per-driver and per-vehicle schedules — driver cards every 28 days, VUs every 90 (or your own intervals).
- Files arrive. The system relays company-card auth from the office to the truck, pulls the .DDD, parses it and runs drivers'-hours / WTD analysis.
- Reports. PDF compliance, infringement and WTD reports — emailed or downloaded.
